A new pop-up restaurant in the heart of East London

Camillo is a pop up restaurant concept founded in London by  Chefs  Marco and Luigi of Ravioli &Friends and the wine list created by Angelica, founder of The Italian Wine Shop.  Camillo focuses on the finest ingredients, organic and sustainable wines, transporting you to an Italian trattoria or bistro in Italy for an unforgettable dining experience. We believe in food, wine, service, and atmosphere; these four pillars embody what Camillo stands for. We look forward to hosting you during our first restaurant residency in July.

Our journey began with Marco and Luigi, two passionate Italian chefs, each bringing their unique flair to the table, with over 15 years of culinary exploration in London’s most prestigious kitchens. 

This profound understanding of diverse tastes, combined with an unwavering dedication to Italian culinary traditions, infuses our menu with a distinctive and unforgettable character. From elegant starters to sumptuous mains and decadent desserts, each dish is a celebration of taste, tradition, and innovation.

Our Drinks

Our wine list, designed and curated by The Italian Wine Shop, showcases natural wines from Italy. Exploring the regions of Sardinia, Sicily and the most unexplored region of the Valle D’Aosta. 

All the wines featured on our list are organic, vegan, fairtrade and sustainable, sourced from family-run or female-founded vineyards producing small volumes of wine where the characteristic nuances of the wine remain not burdened with the limitations of larger vineyards. 

Made with love, care, and attention, the bottles maintain unique flavours and speak to the integrity of winemaking in Italy by winemakers leading innovation while upholding tradition.
