Semolina Wheat Flour, 00 Flour (Wheat), Pasteurised Eggs (25%), Water.

Filling (60%):

Burrata Cheese (20%) (pasteurised Milk, UHT cream (35% min), rennet, salt), Ricotta Cheese (60%) (pasteurised Milk, salt, Acidity corrector (citric acid)), White truffle oil, Black Truffle Paste (7%), Rapeseed Oil, Panko (Wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamim, yeast, vegetable oil, salt, Preservative (E270,E300)), Salt, Black Pepper, Rapeseed Oil.

ALLERGENS: For allergens see ingredients in bold. Processed in an area containing Egg, Wheat, Milk, and Soya. May contain nuts.

STORAGE: Keep refrigerated below 8°C. Consume within 10 days. 

Suitable for freezing, freeze immediately after purchase and consume within one month.

Cooking instructions: Place in boiling water and simmer for 2/3 minutes.
